WORKOUT PA MORE
I recently posted a photo of myself inside a fitting room on my Facebook account that prompted a couple of my friends to send me a private message and asked me about my workout plan. I’ve been always vocal to my friends that I do Blogilates and sometimes post about my progression on social media, however, this is going to be the first time I am going to share my exercise routine here on my blog. Although, I am in no way a fitness professional, just thought I would share my little knowledge here, too, because sharing is caring, right? WHY & WHICH
But before we get to my 1-hour workout program, I just want to let you know the reasons why I do it and which parts of my body that I think have issues and I want to improve. Here they are, in no particular order:

It provides better digestion
It boosts my self-esteem
It strengthens my pelvic floor
It lessens my PMS symptoms

I wish I was able to motivate you somehow. These exercises are tough from the start but eventually your muscles will get stronger. Consistency is the key! If you do these every single day, you will see immediate results! Which body parts you want to improve? My main concerns at the moment are the back of my legs because they are already sagging (Too much sitting, I guess), and my lower belly. Well, lower belly fat is the biggest problem of women. lol. I also would like to try running/jogging again in the morning but I just don’t have time for that for now. Maybe I can do that when my daughter gets a little older.
What are your physical activities? As much as possible, let’s stay away from sedentary lifestyle. Take care and have a great day!
At the moment? No exercise at all, just groaning when I need to get up from the couch… I did Blogilates, but it didn’t work that well for me (I saw results, but I didn’t enjoy it as much), so I switched to HIIT and did that before pregnancy and bed rest forced me to stop.
How many times a week do you do it?

I do it almost everyday. Sometimes three or four straight days. I only stop when I have my period. I always feel lazy and blah on period. Hehe. I will check out HIIT. I also tried Hip Hop Abs before. xx

Motivation and injury are my hang ups! Also I tend to go to hard, like my pre-injuries level, and mess myself up!
