Hiya! The big news of the moment is I’ve already stopped wearing my retainers. My root canal treatment in early September made me ditch them because long-story-short, my upper left premolar was giving me pain and it turns out that the retainer was the one causing it.
After the transition, I now have a striking gap in my front incisors — ala Madonna!
Just so you are aware, I started wearing retainers in 2008 so my teeth will stay aligned after my four-year experience with braces.
Well, I still like to entertain the idea of getting new retainers in the future but I am loving the freedom!
