BEST TONER AROUND
DESCRIPTION–
CELETEQUE DermoScience™ Hydration Alcohol-Free Toner contains Witch Hazel Extract that helps soothe the skin while removing the last traces of stubborn dirt.*
One of the purposes of facial toners is to shrink the appearance of pores. If you are in the know, having enormous pores gives you the hints of elevated volume of oil glands and oil production. That being said, people with oily skin are more prone to get acne than heads with normal skin.

For my newly discovered sensitive skin, I switched few things up on my skin care regimen and bought the CELETEQUE DermoScience Hydration Alcohol-Free Toner (P82.00 for 65mL). Since cystic acne harassed my jawline over a couple of months ago, you know, I’ve suddenly become cautious and choosy.
INGREDIENTS–
Water, PEG 6, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Panthenol, Polysorbate 20, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium PCA, Hamamelis virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Masking Agent*
It is fair to say that CELETEQUE DermoScience Hydration Alcohol-Free Toner falls under the skin bracers aka fresheners. It’s a type of toner that usually eliminates the alcohol content, and it’s very gentle most especially for people with sensitive to dry skin.
APPLICATION–
Moisten cotton with CELETEQUE DermoScience™ Hydration Alcohol-free Toner. Apply to face and neck with gentle upward strokes.*
FIRST IMPRESSIONS–
To be honest, it was my first time to use a toner that had no alcohol as an ingredient and I kind of miss that certain tingling sensation that rushes in my skin. It was like, you wanted more after every cotton pad stroke. But no worries, I am getting comfortable with this idea of no skin stings.

Hey Laarni have you tried the Neutrogena alcohol-free one? I used to like that one ! I pretty much never use toner these days but when I did I liked it! We don’t get this brand that you’ve mentioned here. Sorry to hear about the cystin acne – that sucks. I got this acne medicine when I was in Europe last year ( Isotrexin gel) . Its only by prescription here in NA but I bet you could buy it from any pharmacy there and it is nothing short of AMAZING!!
