Introducing my new facial wash: CELETEQUE DermoScience Hydration Facial Wash (P75.00 for 60mL).  I went for CELETEQUE because my friends and sister have been raving about this brand since I asked them about their skin care routine. Yes, we have regular talks about these things.

Anyway, my time of the month is coming soon so to avoid the breakout, which I’ve encountered last month where my skin reacted badly with the Philippine summer humidity (Well, I imagined it might happen again after 28 days) I thought of sticking to one facial wash.

Btw, I still have few cystic acne — in Layman’s Terms: Pimples under the skin where popping them is impossible — on my jaw and on my chin but they are almost healing now and already feel pleasant when touched.  Oh yay!  I hope the facial wash I am using at the moment has something to do with this.  Why did I say that?  The breakout from last month was like this but it lasted until I got my period.

I prefer to use facial wash as it rarely gives a feeling of skin being tight, and I was right with Celeteque DermoScience Hydration Facial Wash.  Unlike what the facial cleansers and facial scrubs do where they normally strip natural oils off your skin, facial wash acts like a facial soap, where I am sure it’s mild and leaves my skin at peace.
