I have yet to find the best facial cotton pads around but the soft and gentle, Cleene Cotton Rounds Multi Purpose (P67.50 for 80 pads) is the brand that I am using right now that meets my needs. These days, I mainly use these cotton rounds for applying facial toners and to remove eye makeup. The absorption of the product is abundant for my liking. I can freely glide the toner or my eye makeup remover over my face.
A pack of the Cleene Cotton Rounds Multi Purpose has a string to close the top opening. Perfect for travel and to avoid dust and dirt buildup inside.
