HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE
Can you imagine your face permanently free from pimples, blackheads, or whiteheads? What could that look like? I know this thought may sound too ambitious but I know few things you can do, which will make you say: “Gurrl, my skin has been looking awesome lately!”
Here are the three major things I’ve been up to as of late!
EXTREMELY GOOD SKIN CARE ROUTINE
If you have found the best skin care products for you then you are one lucky girl! If you are still unsatisfied, however, just keep on looking and discovering new brands. Start by knowing your skin condition, is it normal, dry, oily, or combination? Then look for products that mainly focus on your skin problem.
I’ve been loving my current skin care regimen that I do at least twice a day: In the morning and before going to sleep. Although, I simultaneously change my rotation and welcome new additions once in a while, I always make sure to cleanse, tone, and moisturize. You should too!
If you love wearing makeup, do your skin care first before anything else. Perfecting the base is your number one priority here. And very important reminder, if you decide to put on your makeup in the afternoon, do your skin care again even though you are done doing it in the morning. Go before my footsteps as I made a big mistake that’s why I had a huge jawline breakout a couple of years ago — Those cystic acne, those hard-to-touch ones? Never again.
KICK-ASS WORKOUT PROGRAM
Can acne be caused by stress? Yes? No? Maybe? While scientists are still unsure about the relation between them, I know for sure that it has been months since I’ve been hooked on my Blogilates program and it has been my main stress-reliever. Also, how can I stop if my newly-opened tape measure is screaming at me that I own a 27-inch waistline now!
MAINTAIN HEALTHY EATING HABITS
I am open to all kinds of food. I can eat meat, vegetables, fruits — everythaaang! My usual meal consists of one plate of rice, dish of the day, and a slice of ripe mango or a peel of banana. On the other hand, drinking of any carbonated beverages, munching a delightful cupcake and partying with junk food plus alcohol happen once in a blue moon. The only thing that I am still holding out is my morning and afternoon coffee.
How’s your skin these days? Looking pretty good? Mine has been good lately — just an occasional pimple that erupts before or during my monthly period.
If you are having skin troubles at the moment, act now because there is still a bright side waiting for you! I am keeping my fingers crossed that you find this post very helpful. If you do have some skin care tips you want to share, just comment them away! Thank you so much and let’s talk real soon!
My skin issues are hormonal and will be solved when I am no longer pregnant, but if that is not the case, I agree with your tips.
Plus, a 27 inch waistline, congrats!
