There was a time in my life that I let my insanely gluttonous ways to stock on body wash — the same story goes for my shampoo & conditioner craze, which I willingly ended last year — where I would use different brands and various kinds of body cleansers and would use them alternately everyday. Those were happy days.
My priorities have changed so I am sticking to one body wash at a time until the obsession goes my way again — or never? I was looking for something new and exciting. The result, I grabbed this Olay Total Effects Face and Body Wash Intense Moisture (P120 for 200mL). Guess, I have joy in binding myself on Olay products at the moment as this brand is my number one for years.
On the other hand, the body wash mania that I exploited a couple of years ago made my body skin tone a lot whiter than my face. This unfortunate circumstance made me realize to focus more on facial skin care. Religiously. In fact, one of the reasons why I started a new blog early this year is to document my skin care journey.
The Olay Total Effects Face and Body Wash Intense Moisture may be my least favorite if I am going to base the weighing among the body cleansers I’ve tried in the past. In spite of these differences, I think this is a great product if your goal is to achieve a moisturized and relaxed body. I particularly use this before going to bed as I love hitting the shower and rubbing a body wash’s contents against my skin using a pair of pink bath gloves at night. Everybody deserves a good night’s sleep, right?
I love the Total Effects because it claims that the products under this line can fight the 7 signs of ageing.
